Sorry Bob is a first-person surgery simulation game with a dark comedic twist. You play as a completely unqualified “doctor” tasked with keeping Bob alive during wildly chaotic operations. With clumsy controls and unpredictable physics, every movement can lead to laugh-out-loud disasters; from dropping tools to causing serious bleeding.
Unlike serious medical simulators, the game intentionally makes you feel awkward and unskilled, which enhances both the challenge and the humor. The operating room quickly turns into a battlefield of flying instruments and panicked decisions.
Do you have the patience and nerve to keep Bob alive through this insane surgery? Step into the operating room and find out!
In the game, you step into the operating room with only one hand and a limited amount of time to replace vital organs. Each level challenges you to identify the correct organ, break open the rib cage, remove the damaged part, and carefully place the new organ in the correct position before Bob’s blood level runs out.
What makes everything especially difficult is the unique finger-by-finger control system. Each finger moves independently, making it incredibly clumsy to grab, hold, or rotate surgical tools. Even the simplest action can quickly turn into chaos.
A small slip can send a scalpel flying or cause Bob to lose blood rapidly. You need to stay calm and prioritize injecting blood-stopping medicine before attempting more complex procedures. As the difficulty increases, the operating room may shake or introduce disruptive elements, forcing you to control your hand with even greater precision.
Success doesn’t depend on speed - it depends on patience, focus, and mastering every tiny movement.
