About Surgeon Simulator

Surgeon Simulator is a skill-based simulation game with “intentionally difficult” gameplay. You control a surgeon’s hand to perform operations, but instead of smooth precision, every movement is clumsy, unpredictable, and driven by humorous physics.

Tasks for beginners

In Surgeon Simulator, you take on the role of a surgeon with very limited control. You need to pick up tools, perform each step of the operation, and handle unexpected situations - all while dealing with awkward mechanics.

You will face challenges such as the following:
